Congratulations! One month of service in the books

Everyone trained in 24/7 Reference has now completed at least one hour of coverage on the service. Thanks to all MCLD librarians for a terrific job with this expansion of our existing reference services. We did have a few glitches which we expected and which were beneficial in helping us learn about the service. Overall, our implementation phase went very well.

Statistics

Since February 2nd, we have received 542 questions through 24x7 Ask!. 68 Customers have completed the Customer Survey (sent when they close the service).

Survey results are:
85.29% stated they were Satisfied or Somewhat Satisfied with the answer received
86.77% responded that the quality of the library staff service were Excellent or Good
This was the first time using the service for 89.71%.
91.18% said they were Very Likely to or Maybe would use the service again.
94.11% stated the online service was Very Easy or Easy to use.
