Okay, so now we are embarking on our new venture and Steve Coffman and Linda Arret, two pioneering virtual reference librarians, are suggesting we find the best way to provide reference service, and it may not be through live chat. Our focus remains to answer those questions posed for the grant and model our service after the most exemplary ones we can find during our study. We can only hope that the software and service we chose will help us give great reference service. Stay tuned...
